17 Months

The babies are really becoming little toddlers.  They aren’t talking much, but they can definitely communicate!  I have enjoyed spending every day with them so much!  I just can’t get over how much their personalities are coming out.

They are eating pretty much whatever we eat and drink milk and juice.  They are down to one nap a day and sleep for about two hours.  They are still going to bed before 8:00 and sleep until 7:00 most mornings.

Baxley is so calm and easy.  She is usually the easiest of the three.  I love seeing her walking around with her purse and phone.  She is definitely a dainty little princess.  She loves to sing “Baby Bumblebee” and loves her daddy!  She is very independent and wants to do everything by herself.  She is also tough as nails and can hang with the boys!

-Wears size 4 diapers, size 12 months clothes, and has four top teeth, cutting her fourth bottom tooth, and one back tooth.

Sawyer has a fire in him!  He is so strong willed and hard headed.  He runs and screams and attacks things!  He is so full of energy and goes a hundred miles an hour.  He loves being at home and being with his mommy.  E’s family make comments all the time about how E was the exact same way!  He can make me so mad one minute and two seconds later I am eating him up.  He is still my snuggle bug and I can’t get enough of him!

On the Go

I feel like we have been going non-stop!  I just keep toting these kids all over the place with me like it is easy.  Let me assure you, it is not!

Papa bought Baxley her first purse and she throws it on her arm and carries it everywhere…I love it!IMG_9454

Look at Sawyer’s little farmers tan.IMG_9461

We made it home tonight after 3 nights at the lake house and a night at BB and Papa’s in Sheridan.IMG_9465

This is Sam and the girls laid up in Kendall’s room at the lake house.  He has so much fun with his cousins!

We are members at a pool at the lake and we took the kids over there to play.  It has the best kiddie pool!

We had a great long weekend!  I absolutely love spending each day with my kiddos!

Nature Center and Craighead Park

Yesterday was one of those days that was pretty much perfect!  We got up and headed to Jonesboro to visit the Nature Center and to have a picnic at Craighead Forrest.  It was a BEUTIFUL day and the kids loved being out!IMG_9406

The kids loved the playground.  Baxley cracks me up in this picture.  She hates to have her hands dirty…that’s my girl!IMG_9445

She thinks she is so big!  She climbs on everything and goes down slides and crosses bridges and cries when we leave.  It was such a great day!

Wednesday Loves

Check out the Wednesday Loves with Jamie.

Being nice..

So True!

Brownies plus cookie-dough…need I say more?

A Favorite Things Party- Here's how it works: Each person brings their favorite thing (anything you like.. your favorite lip gloss, favorite kitchen tool, favorite gift wrapping supply, a gift card for your favorite frozen yogurt, etc.). It can't cost more than $6, and each person brings five of the same thing. When you arrive at the party, you write your name on five slips of paper and throw them in a big bowl. The bowl is passed around, and each person takes five names (making sure you don't pick your own.. or two of the same name). One at a time each person introduces their favorite thing and then reads the five names they picked from the bowl, passing out their gift to those five guests. After everyone at the party has presented their favorite thing, each person should end up with five gifts to take home. It's always interesting to see what people choose, and some guests have started to bring a notepad and pen to jot down what people love.

I think this would be so fun!

I love this!  It is so true and I feel like this all the time!- Just for you Morgan!

Jewelery storage inside... HELL YEAH I WANT THIS!

How awesome would this be??? Linz- you would love this!

I am still loving being off for summer break!  The kids and I have been super busy and are loving spending time together.  I love that we are headed back to the lake Friday!

What are you loving this week?
