I want to remember that I can do this…

Being a mommy is so hard!!!  Someone has thrown up in this house almost every day for the past 11 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sam had what seemed like a stomach bug 2 weekends ago.  Then, Baxley threw up one night.  Then, Sawyer has been sick off an on since last Thursday.  Now, E has it and Sam is coughing his head off!  I have given so many middle of the night baths and all the bedding in the house has been washed numerous times.

I have been up and down every night taking care of kids.  One night I gave Sawyer the wrist gel and it had the opposite effect on him and he was up the ENTIRE night!  I am running on fumes!!!  So, today I took half a day off and Nonna and I took the kids to the doctor.  Sawyer seems to be getting over a virus and has a terrible ear infection…they gave him a shot.  Sam seems to have some version of RSV and was put on antibiotics.  E hasn’t been able to get out of bed today and I really hope he feels better tomorrow.  Looks like I will be sleeping in the guest bed…boo.

Nonna, thank you so much for all of your help today!  I could not do this without you!

On top of all of this sickness and pure exhaustion a dear friend of mine lost his mother yesterday.  I want more than anything to go to Sheridan to attend the services, but I just don’t know how I can swing it with such a sick family.  Derrick and Morgan, I love you both so much and you are constantly on my mind and in my prayers!

It’s amazing how God gives us strength!!!
