Just a few pics from Blake’s Bday Dinner.
WE LOVE YOU BLAKE!
Sunday afternoon Laura invited us over to play in the water. I started to get our things together and realized I didn’t have any swimmy diapers, this would not be a problem, but in the Ridge we are 25 minutes from swimmy diapers and this momma is just going to red-neck it! I also got lazy and didn’t even put their suits on once we got there. It kind of kills me to use the word lazy because lazy is one thing I am not! I move ALL DAY LONG!!!! But, Sunday I got lazy…there I said it! Laura and Brandon are always so sweet to us! Brandon cooked hot dogs and the kids had watermelon and Laura even helped me bathe them before we left. I’m telling you she is the best! She took these pics with her phone and sent them to me.
Baxley isn’t afraid of anything…she climbed right up all by herself and slid right down!
Ha- look at those diapers!
And if you didn’t know Laura was the best already…look what she brought to me today!!!!!!!!!! That’s right I am the proud new owner of this delicious Vera Bradley bag! Summer here I come, me and my cute bag:)

This week I am loving that I am heading to Florida with my BFF Audra on Friday! Thanks again Mom!
I am loving this website: Pinterest
It is full of random stuff and I love it. I found the following things that I love:

How yummy and healthy does this look?
I love this braid…isn’t it super cute!!! Of course I could never in a million years do it!
Okay, probably not so healthy….but oh so delicious!
Look at this big paint wall. Isn’t this a fun party activity for kids! I think I need to have a party just to do this…ha!
I think I am going to put this in my classroom next year.
You have to read the post Under a full moon. The birth of Arlo Redding, on Dear Baby. I could never do this, nor would I want to, but it is so interesting to me!!!
And just one more………….prepare yourself………….
Sorry E, but holy hotness Batman! There really are no words! Have a great week!!!
I am so grateful that I was able to see Linz, Laura, and Blake for their birthdays. The past two years I haven’t been able to do things that often because I was either big time preggers or because I didn’t want to leave the babies. I am just now feeling comfortable leaving them to go have some adult time so it was nice to have a night out to celebrate Lindsay’s bday! We had dinner at Flight and made a couple of other stops:)
Friday I had lunch with Laura and was able to spend Sunday with her (post to follow) and Monday night we had a big family dinner for Blake’s bday (hopefully pics to come).
These are a couple of quick pics I snapped before we left for Blake’s dinner.
Today Sam and I ran to Jonesboro to run a few errands. Blake met us at the mall and she and Sam rode the train.
In an earlier post I mentioned Ashley and the premature birth of her twins. I was SO sad to read that one of her babies passed away this morning. Please keep them in your prayers. My heart breaks!
The babies are 16 months. They love to play with each other and play with Sam. They do not love to sit and have their pictures made.
The babies are sleeping well and eating well. Look- Sawyer is always touching her:)

Three of my favorite people are celebrating their birthdays this week.
Blake- Otherwise known as “my favorite cousin Blake” as she likes to be called. Blake is Awesome and we love her so much! She is so selfless and considerate towards everyone. She is almost finished with college and is going to be the best teacher. Happy Birthday Blake!
Linz- My little fashionista! She is always dressed so cute and is so fun to shop with. Her husband Bill and E are long time friends and I am so glad he brought her into my life! We are always on the same page and can talk forever. The four of us have a great time together and I can’t wait until our next trip! Happy Birthday Linz!
Laura- Lou Lou as Sam calls her. You could not ask for a better friend than Laura. She is so loyal and supportive. She has stood by me through some of the hardest times in my life. She is “that friend” that will bring dinner when you need it, pick your child up when you can’t, clean up your house when you are sick, and get a hotel room in an ice storm so she doesn’t miss the birth of your babies. I feel so lucky to call her my friend! She’s my Gayle and my Laurie:) Happy Birthday Laura!
One of you should buy me that cute Vera Bradley bag for your birthday! Ha! Just kidding:)

I love this Vera Bradley bag! Doesn’t this pattern just scream summer!
I love all of the easy recipes that have been linked to Kelly's Korner, now just to actually cook one of them.
I am loving The Voice on NBC!

I am loving that 3 of my nieces are graduating from Kindergarten this week and 3 of my favorite people have birthdays this week! What a great week!
I love that this is the last Wednesday of the school year!
