She got them the cutest outfits and I can’t wait for them to wear them.  Thank you Aunt Audra!!!IMG_7377

I lay the babies down beside each other a lot for their bottles (or cups, we are starting to use them more and more).  Sam had crawled between them with his cup…so cute.IMG_7378

NOLA

NOLA 005

Back in October we decided to take a quick trip to New Orleans.  We never dreamed the Razorbacks would be going to the Sugar Bowl.  So it looks like we missed the party by a couple of days, but we still had a BLAST!  E and I love New Orleans and this is the only time of year he can really get away.  So we caught a flight out of LR and enjoyed a long weekend.  Bill and Linz went with us and we had so much fun.  Linz took some of these pictures with her phone.

Linz playing the piano in the hotel lobby around 2:00 am.  It was so nice to get away and not have a schedule.  We just ate and ate and drank and ate and did I mention we ate? HA!  I thought I was going to turn into an oyster.  We so enjoyed NOLA!

Of course I did miss my babies so much!  We were afraid we weren’t going to be able to fly in Monday night due to the weather, but we made it.  I was so ready to see them!

11 Months

IMG_7315

IMG_7321

The babies are 11 months old!  I can’t believe they will be 1 next month.  They are getting so big!  They are both standing alone for longer periods of time and will walk behind their toys or with someone holding their hands.  They are into everything!

Sawyer J- Is still my snuggle buddy, I could just eat him up.  He is saying Momma which melts my heart every time!  He is wearing size 4 diapers and 12-18 month clothes.

Baxley- Is my little gymnast and loves to flip.  She is crawling correctly now and I keep waiting for her to take her first step.  She is wearing size 4 diapers and 6-12 month clothes.

I always thought Bax would crawl first and then one day Sawyer J just started crawling.  Now, I have been waiting on Bax to take her first step and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if he beat her to it.

They are starting to fight over toys and show their tempers which is actually kind of amusing to watch.  Sam is so good with them and always looks out for them and helps take care of them.  They are so lucky to have him as their big brother.

Boys will be boys

IMG_7308

The boys have really enjoyed being at home and playing with all of their new toys.  Dad has even been getting in on the action.  Sam and Sawyer J love playing in the tunnel and chasing each other.  They just laugh and laugh…I love it!IMG_7299

Is there a Doctor in the house?

IMG_7311

This is Sam using his new doctor tools to give Sawyer J a “check-up”, as Sam calls it.  Notice he first wanted to check his ears.  He is an expert at that now because he has been to the ENT and Thursday had tubes put in.  That’s right all 3 of my kids have tubes.  The ENT also suggested taking out his tonsils and adenoids.  He said there will be about a week recovery from that so we are going to wait until this summer.  He did really well and hopefully will start to feel better.  He is so good when we go to the doctor and always tells the doctor that Elmo is in his ears.IMG_7314
