Christmas at Mottie's
Christmas day we went to E's grandmothers for lunch. Everyone made sure I stayed off my feet! We are so lucky to have so many wonderful and supportive family members. We had a wonderful Christmas. I just keep thinking about how next year will be!

Christmas with the Baxley's
We woke up Sunday morning and had Christmas in our P.J.'s at mom and dad's. Sam had to go out in the garage and try out his new ride. Thanks B.B. and Papa for such a great Christmas!

Every year mom gave us a precious moment ornament. Her tree is full of them and she is now buying them for Sam and Gavin. Sam's ornament this year is a boy in a John Deere wagon. He loved it!

Quick Update
Sam and I are in Sheridan so I can't download my pictures, but I wanted to give a quick update. Saturday E and I came to Sheridan for Christmas with my family. They had Baxley Christmas in Carlisle and I was feeling terrible, so we sent Sam with mom and dad and I rested. I had really bad contractions, but the medicine kicked in and stopped them, thankfully! Sam had a big time and everyone was so sweet to pitch in and help mom and dad with him.
Sunday we had Christmas at mom and dad's and then E headed back home to hunt. Audra took me to the doctor Monday for my check-up.
My doctor's appointment went well. I had an ultrasound and got to see the babies. According to the ultrasound they weigh about 3 pounds and 13 ounces. Baxley is a tiny bit smaller than Sawyer. Dr. B was pleased with everything and thought I was doing good. I go back next Monday. E is picking us up Wednesday to go back home for Christmas. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

30 weeks
Yesterday, E and I went to the doctor for a check-up. He was pleased at how well things were going. He agreed that we did the right thing going to the hospital Saturday night and said it will probably happen again. He is still thinking we will make it to 34 weeks, just 4 more weeks! I can't believe it. Starting around 33 weeks he wants me to stay in Sheridan to be closer to the hospital. We go back next Monday for another ultrasound.
I thought I would post some pictures of my Christmas decorations.

I bought Sam a tree this year for his room because he loves the Christmas tree. It needs some work, but that is hard to do on bed rest...so maybe next year.
I got these stockings at Holiday House last year and I love them. I guess next year they will become the three kids stockings. Wow, I am going to have 3 kids...lol!
These are my new wreaths, Mrs. Donna surprised me and had them hanging when I returned from Thanksgiving. They were a great birthday present!

Eventful Weekend
Well I survived my first week of bed rest, I am not cut out for this!!!
Tuesday- Thursday were so boring I just laid on the couch. Friday I had a couple of visitors ( I will post some pics later). Things have been kind of hectic, E is going hunting every morning and I can't lift Sam out of his bed so we have to have a plan every day. His parents and Jac Jac and Rusty have been so good to help us.
When my twin nieces were born we had a nanny come in and stay. Her name is Janey and she was wonderful. She is like a twin expert and works for different families with twins. She and her husband came and visited with us Saturday about maybe coming to help us. It was very overwhelming and we still have yet to decide what we are going to do. I think the stress of all of it got to me because I was having a lot of contractions and the medicine was not working. Around 6:00 E took Sam to his parents and we headed to LR. The entire way there I was having contractions every 10 minutes. Of course when we arrived they had almost stopped. They went ahead and checked me out and told me I was dehydrated, which seams impossible to me because all I do is drink water and go to the bathroom. They let us go home late that night and I was feeling better. I told E it was a great practice run:)
I felt bad because Mrs. Donna had planned on going to Benton Sunday morning for the kids Christmas program at church. Jac Jac told me she was going to check with her about keeping him. So, Sunday I woke up and started calling around to check on Sam. Jac Jac called me back and told me she had him at church. OMGosh E didn't even take his shoes when he took him! I said what is he wearing??? A snowman t-shirt, jeans, and boots....awesome...how embarrassing:) They ended up taking him to Jonesboro to eat lunch with Blake so E and I could rest. Rusty sent me some pics.

Here Comes Santa Claus
I borrowed this great idea from our nieces and nephews to have a Santa party. We invited Sam's friends over last Saturday night for cookies and milk with Santa. It was a great success. We had about 20 kids at our house decked out in their Christmas jammies and everyone had a big time. We were shocked not one kid got upset at the sight of Santa. I had so much help pulling off this party and I appreciate everyone who pitched in.

When you ask Sam what does Santa say...he says ho ho ho

Bed Rest
I had a doctor's appointment yesterday, and I am now on bed rest. I thought I was having "Braxton Hicks" contractions, but it appears they are real contractions. Dr. B. gave me some medicine and sent me home on bed rest. We go back next Monday.
I have been working on the nursery, but still have some things to do.
